Town Centre Property Renovation Grants

Did you know that there are over 200 listed buildings in the heart of Leominster?  Our historic buildings create a distinctive look and feel, for which Leominster is well renowned and much loved. Many of our town’s streets and shopfronts still retain some of their traditional features.

Because the visual appeal of our streets and buildings is a vital part of what makes our town such a great place to live, work and visit, the Leominster HSHAZ Scheme will invest in restoring and improving some of our most historically significant buildings.

The protection and preservation of historic buildings can be challenging, as the cost of conservation can discourage owners from undertaking essential repairs needed to prevent deterioration. We are working with Leominster’s landlords, tenants and business owners to address these challenges, offering grants to invest in the repair, restoration and reuse of some of our most prominent buildings.
